Restaurant – Wine Tasting RoomIf you enjoy the green surrounding of the vineyards, if you dream of a peaceful day in the country, come to Plešivica!
Bring your friends, business partners, everyone who shares your taste for fine wine and nature's beauty. If you have any special requests, just let us know early enough.
There is room for everyone – 90 seats in the tasting room, and 50 in the restaurant.
We open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but visits on weekdays can be arranged.
Also on offer: wine tasting, and tasting of other home-made beverages, assorted sausages and other meals.
Recipe for the traditional Copanjek cake:
Dough: bread flour, 1 dl sour cream, 1 spoon lard, salt, ½ dl milk
Filling:
½ kg spinach, ½ kg chard, a small bunch of leeks, parsley, 1dl milk,
salt, 1 spoon lard for stewing, ½ kg cottage cheese
Knead the dough and divide it in two equal parts. Slice leaves
of the green ingredients, chop leeks and parsley and fry in boiling
lard. Add milk and let cool down. Add cotton cheese. Put one part of
the dough on the bottom, cover with filling and cover it with the
remainder of dough. Put sour cream on top and bake. Serve hot, although
it can be served cold.
